Do you struggle to find time to create new content?
After quite some time of not creating and publishing content regularly, I feel like I’m finally back in the flow. 📈
In the last four days alone, I’ve filmed and edited ten new videos for social media. I remember taking days to finish a single video.
Surprisingly (or not), the quality of my work has actually increased as a result. I’m able to work more efficiently now. Having more time allows me to experiment with new video formats and thus optimise and diversify my content.
The secret is consistency – once you turn creating into a habit you are unstoppable.
Over time you’ll get faster and objectively better – you’re simply getting your reps in. 🔁
Make something, every day.

What’s happening 👀
🇺🇸 Travelling to the US
I just landed in Los Angeles to visit my friend Ryan Kao. I edit some of his YouTube videos remotely but we’re finally meeting up in person for the first time.
🎙️ New camera gear
I’ve bought two new pieces of gear, a variable ND filter to film outside and the Sony ECM-B1M – an on-camera microphone that doesn’t need any cables. Absolute game changer.
🎥 Speaking in front of the camera
This is something I want to get better at. To make my content feel more personal, I have to show myself more often. Talking more to the camera is the first step in the right direction.
Weekly Favs ⚡️
🍬 Website – Eyecandy
My favourite tool right now. It’s a resource with tons of visual techniques for your next video. I try to implement one in every video I make now.
🎥 Gear – PolarPro VND 2-5 stops
I finally bought a variable ND filter for my 16-35mm lens. Both the image and build quality are amazing, and I love its clever features like the built-in lens cap.
🎬 Video – Penny series
Round 2 of Ryan Trahan’s penny series where this time he tries to get back to the US from Europe – starting with only one penny.
Any thoughts, questions or feedback? I’d love to hear from you! ✍️
